This acknowledgement of debt is signed by the debtor (who is a person owing an amount in question). In this acknowledgment of debt, said debtor agrees that he/she owes the creditor (who is the person being owed an amount) said amount and that he/she will pay the amount within the specified period failing which, said debtor will be liable to pay the amount with specified interest.

A letter of demand is for an outstanding debt that is owed and is now being requested. This specific form allows the user to specify what the debt is in respect of.

The power of attorney authorises someone to act on someone else's behalf in a legal or business matter. The person authorising the other to act is the principal, granter or donor (of the power), and the one authorised to act is the appointee or agent.
